Our engraving service allows you to personalise your writing instrument with a custom message, making it uniquely yours or a thoughtful gift.
Delivery Times
Please allow up to 3 additional working days for orders that include engraving.
While we aim to dispatch as quickly as possible, each piece is individually prepared and finished.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure that all engraving details are entered exactly as you would like them to appear, including spelling, capitalisation, and punctuation.
We will engrave your text precisely as submitted and cannot accept responsibility for errors entered at the time of order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
All engraving orders are processed immediately.
As such, once your order has been placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of engraved items, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Pricing
Engraving is charged at £12 per item, or the equivalent in your local currency.
Content Guidelines
We reserve the right to refuse any engraving request that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or unsuitable.
Please note:
- Emojis or non-standard characters are not supported
- Only standard letters, numbers, and basic punctuation should be used
- Certain fonts or styles may affect how characters appear
If your engraving request cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you.
Final Finish
Engraving is carried out with care and precision.
However, slight variations in positioning or finish may occur due to the nature of the materials and process.
