Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Conditions of Return

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Products should be returned in a resaleable condition.

Personalised or customised items are non-returnable, unless faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned in an unsuitable condition.

How to Return an Item

Please enclose a note inside your parcel containing:

The reason for return

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

• Original delivery charges are refundable only if the entire order is returned

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly. In these cases, return postage costs will be refunded.
